We strongly advise traders to adhere to a single IP address to prevent any potential breaches of our policies concerning multiple IP addresses. Hedging across multiple accounts from the same IP address, or similar discrepancies in trading strategies, is regarded as a violation.
We acknowledge that there may be exceptional circumstances requiring the use of multiple devices and IP addresses, for instance when travelling. We encourage traders to communicate any such circumstances with us in advance, allowing us to make appropriate accommodations while ensuring compliance with our regulations.
If you fail to log into your trading account and execute a trade for 15 consecutive days, your account is designated as inactive and the system classifies it as failed. There is no minimum or maximum trade size required when placing a trade.
In such cases, contact our support team through a ticket on your dashboard to request a new account. If you have placed a trade but do not execute another for 15 consecutive days, your account will still be considered failed.
Requesting a replacement
If your account becomes inactive and you have not placed any trades, we will issue you a new account on request. This request must be made within 6 months of your purchase date; beyond this period we will not be able to provide a new account or offer a refund.
There is no limit on how many accounts you can have with FOREXIVE, but the maximum capital allocation is $400,000.
Traders are able to merge their accounts into one account if they wish — funded accounts only. For example: 4 × $50,000 accounts and 2 × $100,000 accounts.
Account growth takes place over a 3-month cycle, with a 40% increase to your balance every time, up to a maximum of $2 million.
Once traders successfully pass their challenges, the verification section in the dashboard becomes available, allowing them to proceed with the KYC process. Verification can take up to 72 hours.
Alternatively, email kyc@forexive.com and request verification once you have successfully passed your challenges.
